• Please note that these terms and conditions are subject to change.
• I also have the right to decline a commission I am not comfortable with or if believe I cannot complete or that i may not have the needed skills for.Payment• Payments are to be made in full before starting the commission.
• Price may increase with character complexity.
• Payments are to be made through PayPal in USD with fees included. or EFT if within Local area to me.Refund eligibility are as follows:
• I Do not usually offer Refunds as I usually need to use the money right after its recieved.
-IF I OFFER A REFUND-
• No progress made: Nearest to 100% take into account paypal fees if they occur [ I will not cover fees ]
• Sketch: Up to 60%
• Further Progress: To Be DeterminedWork Process• Commissioner must have a clear, Safe For Work, flat coloured reference sheet of the character/s. Failure to provide one may result in refusal or delay of the commission.• Clear communication is necessary so achieve the desired outcome of the commission, detailed descriptions and reference images are preferred, otherwise I will not offer more than 2 larger changes or 3 minor changes during sketch phase.• If you choose " Artistic Freedom " only 3 minor "fixes" are allowed no complete changes are allowed.• Work in progress [ WIPs ] will be sent through during the sketching phase, then only once for, Inking, flat color, or shading.• If edits are requested during or after Inking/Lining phase there will be charges between $5 to $8 per edit• Communication should be kept professional and friendly. I reserve the right to cancel your commission if this term is infringed (eg. Disrespect, inappropriate behavior, discrimination of any sort etc.)Behaviour• During the commission process it is important to be transparent and understanding throughout. Art takes time so patience is appreciated as I do have IRL issues and responsibilities.
• Commissions can take between 1 and 3 months. You must agree to this before going through with your request.Finished Art• I will allow commissioners to print out the commission as merchandise for private use only (badges, wall print etc), my work may not be used to create profit in any form unless discussed with me.• I claim all credit for the artwork, please credit me when posting your commission on your profile of any social media.• Know that I will be using your commission as examples for my portfolios.My work may not be used in the training of image generating AI under any circumstances.
